Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account any time, from within the app, without waiting for extra approval.

Steps

1. Open Halkora.
2. Go to Settings from the home screen.
3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

What happens when you delete?

• Your profile (name, username, email) is permanently deleted.
• Your check-in history, messages and the invites you created are deleted.
• You are removed from the circles you belong to; active circles you founded are ended for the other members.
• Your notification records and any reports you filed are deleted.
• Exception: the feedback you sent us and your usage/error records are not deleted; their link to your account is severed and they remain anonymous. They cannot be traced back to you.
• If you have a Halkora Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately through the store you bought it from (iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription automatically; only the stores can cancel subscriptions.

This action cannot be undone. If you can't access the app, write to support@halkora.app saying you want your account deleted; we verify your identity and delete it within 30 days.
